Inclement Weather Postpones KYFL Kick-Off

SYCAMORE- The teams were ready.  The kids and parents were excited.  Someone forgot to tell Mother Nature that the 2001 KYFL Season was to begin on September 6, 2001.  Thunder, lightning and rain greeted players and fans at Sycamore Community Park.

KYFL President, Tom Bell, was on hand, as always, to provide leadership for the evening.  After a brief delay to see if the storm system would pass over it was decided to postpone the KYFL season for one week. Click here to see revised schedule.
