42 percent increase in his pay for what? He does not like to talk to parents about problems, he refuses to give the true facts and numbers about the school district and its overspending. His very top heavy administration just continues to get heavier. Is our school board keeping Dr. Ali because of the lack of qualified Superintendents. I believe there to be 30 openings for school supers in the State of Illinois. This may be a cause to look at combining local school districts under 1 superintendent. Dr. Ali has been counterproductive when it comes to public relations in this community. People have questions that he refuses to give answers to. Who is he working for? I am for organizing the NO group again. As long as Dr. Ali and the current guttless school board is together, I will vote NO. And many people I know will. You want the new classrooms, get rid of Ali.
