It scares me when a school district rep tells us that the architects for the new school work will receive 8% of the referendum. Doesn't she mean to say 8% of the work done? What is the agreement they have that can still be negotiated? The work will go over $40 million, what is their deal then and how high is the commission on extras? Is the payment of the referendum figured correctly? I do not think so. It looks like it is set up as a balloon payment at the end. What monies will pay the balloon at the end? Still too many questions unanswered? I'll vote NO this time also. Still too many questions to get my vote!
